Cash order terms

These are the practical rules attached to the DragonBoot order form.

Order-defined configuration

The submitted tier, board profile, desktop environment, and listed additions define the requested delivery. Customers do not select a different environment at startup. Compatibility and the exact Chromebook model are confirmed before fulfillment.

Cash only

The website places an order request and records the displayed cash total. It does not collect an online payment. Timing, handoff, and cash payment are arranged through the verified email address or phone number.

Customer-supplied USB

Basic, Plus, and Ultra customers provide their own compatible USB drive. Dragon Client Development does not sell, ship, or add a USB product to the order. Free does not require one.

Device authorization

The customer must own the Chromebook or have explicit permission from its owner or administrator. School- or work-managed devices require explicit administrator authorization. The confirmation is stored with the order.

Order confirmation

An automated receipt confirms that the request was recorded; it is not a guarantee that every device is compatible or that a particular appointment time is available. DragonBoot will contact the customer to confirm compatibility and arrange the next step.

Changes and cancellation

Contact orders@dragonclientdevelopment.com with the order reference to request a change or cancellation before fulfillment begins.
