Order privacy
This notice explains the operational information used to verify and process a DragonBoot cash order.
Information collected
The order form records the customer name, verified email address, required phone number, Chromebook model, selected configuration, contact and handoff preferences, optional notes, order status, and the required ownership or administrator-authorization confirmation.
How it is used
The information is used to prevent automated submissions, confirm the order, contact the customer, arrange the cash handoff, prepare the exact ordered configuration, provide a receipt, and keep an order history.
Services involved
The website and order database run through Cloudflare. Email verification and order emails are delivered through Brevo. Cloudflare Turnstile and server-side rate limits are used to deter automated orders; the required phone number is collected for order contact and duplicate-order filtering, not SMS ownership verification. No payment-card or bank information is requested or stored because orders are cash only.
Retention and requests
Order records are retained for fulfillment and ordinary recordkeeping. To request correction or deletion of a completed or cancelled order record, email orders@dragonclientdevelopment.com from the verified order address and include the order reference.
